This spring, Rancho Minerva’s student news team spent an afternoon teaching special needs students about photography and storytelling. Students partnered up and spent the day teaching their new buddies how to use their tablets to take photos. Both groups of students learned from one another and had the opportunity to make a new friend. It was a wonderful learning experience for everyone!
“It made me feel amazing and beautiful working with them. […] They were amazing. They’re the most wonderful kids.” –Evelyn, 8th grade student at Rancho Minerva
