How We Work
Practice and Professional Learning
Overview
When educators and leaders are supported as active, continuous learners, entire school systems thrive. At Digital Promise, practice and professional learning bridge the gap between learning sciences research and active classroom practice. Rather than relying on one-size-fits-all training, we build collaborative learning experiences that honor educator expertise and strengthen system-wide capacity. By partnering directly with school districts, we help ensure that professional growth leads to powerful learning and improved outcomes for every learner.
How We Build Educator and Leadership Capacity
Our professional learning models create dynamic spaces where educators and system leaders work as co-creators of knowledge. Through national peer networks, playful learning communities, and fellowship cohorts, we bring educators together to solve challenges collaboratively. We equip school and district leaders with strategic frameworks, instructional coaching, and leadership academies necessary to elevate every learner. As classroom tools evolve, we also support districts with pilot frameworks, research-practice hubs, and AI literacy programs—helping schools integrate emerging technologies like AI into teaching and learning ethically, strategically, and purposefully.
