Overview

This project plan template will help your district articulate a clear project proposal to its leadership team. Complete the following information and sections:

• Project Purpose: Describes your district and its particular challenges/strengths and includes a high-level summary of its implementation plan strategy.
• Summary of Needs Assessment: Describes insights from stakeholder feedback sessions. 
• Project Objectives: Identifies the high-level goals of your district’s implementation plan strategy.
• Project Strategy: Explains how the solution will be implemented at a high level. 
• Summary of Use Case Prioritization: Defines your district’s selected use case and explains why it was prioritized via the following prompts.
• Proposed Solution Concept: Outlines the key requirements your district hopes to meet from this solution. 
• Proposed Solution Scope: Provides a description of the scope of the solution. 
• Success Criteria: Summarizes the criteria that will be used to determine the success of the project. 
• Project Assumptions: Summarizes the assumptions that were made while developing this project plan.
