Final Use Case Template

Overview

At this step, your district will begin to craft your Final Use Case Presentation. This presentation will include artifacts from module 4, such as your Root Cause Analysis slide, Prioritization Template, Use Case Success Equation along with your Solution Concept your team developed in the previous activity.

Locate the Final Use Case Template in your resource folder to complete this activity and fill in the slides as outlined in the section below. Sample slides from the template are provided for you to preview below.

Use your district’s growth points from  “Root Cause Analysis Template” (Module 4) to complete this slide.

Slide 3

Use your district’s root cause analysis from “Assessment Data Root Cause Analysis Slide Template 2.0” (Module 4) to complete this slide.

Describe and use your district’s prioritization process from “Prioritization Template” and  the “Stack Ranking Template” (Module 4) to complete this slide.

Slides 5-10

Use your district’s work from activity “Use Case and Success Equation Template” (Module 4) to complete these slides. Update the use case based on any changes your district has made since then.

Slides 11-13

Transition your district’s solution concept from activity “Designing a Solution Concept” (Module 6) to slide 11 and summarize the end user for your solution concept.

Slides 14 -16

Use your district’s solution requirements from “Requirements and Specifications Template” (Module 4)  to complete these slides.

Once you have completed this slide presentation, keep these tips in mind:

Save the file in a logical location: Save your slide deck in a location that makes sense for you and your team. Consider a dedicated folder for all Finalized project-related materials.
Backup your file: Always backup your slide deck file to ensure that is not lost due to technical difficulties or human error. Consider using cloud storage or an external hard drive to store your presentation.
Keep track of your revisions: If you make changes to your slide deck file over time, keep track of revisions by adding version numbers or dates to the file name. This will help you stay organized and ensure that everyone is on the same page.
