Overview
This slide deck is to conduct a meeting where you present your proposed use case and solution to see if they meet the expectations of your stakeholders. Using this, you will guide a group of stakeholders through a presentation of your use case and solution and get their feedback.
This template should help your team answer the following questions with its stakeholders:
- What goals do you think our use case and solution achieves?
- What effects do you think our solution to this challenge will have on student outcomes?
- What effects do you think our solution to this challenge will have on education practice?
- Will this solution address learning needs equitably across various populations?
- Have the voices from traditionally underserved populations been included in identifying the use case and solution?
- Does our use case and solution solve an important problem in our district?
- Does the solution fit with our district mission?
- Is the proposed timeline appropriate?
