What Do Learning Coaches Really Do? – Digital Promise

What Do Learning Coaches Really Do?

June 5, 2015 | By

Join two student storytellers/secret agents on a top-secret mission as they zero in on their “targets” – learning coaches at their schools. Their mission, if they choose to accept it, is to isolate the targets and find out how they’re supporting students, teachers, and administrators using instructional technology. The student secret agents uncover the truth about their technology coaches and reveal the profound impact they’ve had on closing the digital learning gap in their schools. The connection between these two students – one in Evanston, Ill., and one in Vista, Calif. – is made “possible” by technology. Their mission is a perfect example of new opportunities to collaborate from many miles apart that wouldn’t have existed without digital connectivity.
