Mckenna Weigle is a faculty advisor for Meridian Middle School’s student tech team (a.k.a. the “Digitribe”). She shares some of her criteria for building out this tech team. Some key skills and attributes that make a great student tech leader include an enthusiasm for problem-solving and a “figure it out” attitude. Students don’t need to be technology experts, as long as they’re willing to learn and teach others along the way.
