Dawn Hennessy teaches robotics at Carroll Middle School. In this video, she shares her experiences with project-based learning. In the beginning, she was “winging it” with her first project: to have students make a short film. Letting students choose their own topic and be creative allowed them to express themselves, plan the project, and meet goals along the way. This was a great learning experience both for the students and for Dawn in her own teaching process.
