Cheneal Cassagnol is a science teacher at McNair Middle School in College Park, Ga. Her physical science students are working on an assignment to create a restaurant menu. They can create this menu digitally in a variety of different ways. This project is engaging students in new ways as they’re able to choose how they want complete the project. Students can be more creative and think outside the box as they work on this project and select the option that works best for them.
