Edmunds Middle School in Burlington, Vermont has its own snack bar–the Unicorn Cafe & Snack Shack! Students help run the cafe and are responsible for sales, keeping the money in order, and coming up with new recipes and ideas for the cafe. It’s a great real world setting that gives students hands on experience with money skills and a work environment.
