During a very busy summer, Rancho Minerva’s faculty took some time to meet as a community and refocus on their commitments, expectations, and follow ups as a team. At the VILS summer convening, we used this framework to help district and school teams clarify roles and processes. It’s important that the entire school, from administrators to the newest teachers, be open and clear about the process. This will help keep the focus on the learning!
