Morehead Middle School is one of five middle schools in El Paso that are participating in the third cohort of VILS. Before students even received their devices, the school came up with a great way to leverage technology in a useful way that would impact families. Morehead decided to “take it live” with the morning announcements–they began live streaming daily updates and news so that parents could easily access them at any time. This is just one simple example of an easy but meaningful way to use technology to connect with families.
