Hunt Middle School in Burlington, Vermont participated in the Hour of Code along with many other Verizon Innovative Learning schools. The Hour of Code is an annual opportunity during Computer Science Week in December for students across the country to devote an hour to coding. Many kids end up discovering something that they love and want to pursue further. There are lots of job opportunities for programmers and software engineers, and learning coding skills can help students set themselves up for success in these fields.
