Ask an Educator shines a spotlight on educators across the country and provides a platform for them to share their unique stories of teaching in today’s classrooms. We will feature teachers from different schools, grades, and subject areas to learn why teaching is important and meaningful work for them. In each episode, we will learn about their professional learning goals and how micro-credentials play a role in helping to reach them.
Our first episode features President and CEO of Digital Promise, Karen Cator. Take a listen below as she makes the case for micro-credentials — explaining what they are, what they do, and the promise they hold for educators.
Be sure to follow Digital Promise’s SoundCloud and check back on Wednesday, April 19th for episode two featuring founder and CEO of Center for Teaching Quality, Barnett Berry.
