Alina Morelli Baima is a passionate, dedicated educator with 20+ years of experience. She started by teaching GED preparation & ESL to adults in Cook County Department of Corrections. Alina holds a Master’s in Special Education with endorsements in Spanish, ESL, and Bilingual Education, and has taught special education across Chicagoland. As an instructional coach, she partners with educators to develop their practice. Alina excels in leveraging research, best-in-class techniques, and data to drive increased learning outcomes. She skillfully designs and facilitates learning experiences focused on technology integration, culturally responsive practices, differentiation, and high-impact learning strategies.
