Katie Dell is a middle school science teacher and department chair at Arbutus Middle School. She is a creative innovator willing to embrace any strategies necessary to get her students what they need to learn. She received her master’s degree in biology from Miami University through the Project Dragonfly Program with a focus on racial equity in environmental education and inquiry-based learning.
