Nemeil Navarro was born and raised in the Philippines. His name “Nemeil” is partly an acronym for the Apollo 11 crew. He has three sisters and a brother. He met his wife, Soledad, at the University of Perpetual Help in Las Pinas. His son is attending New Jersey Institute of technology and his daughter will be attending Franklin and Marshall this fall. His youngest child is a junior at Long Branch High School. He has been with Long Branch Public Schools since 2002.
