Between now and when schools re-opens, or summer break begins, we’ve created a free online resource for parents, teachers, and kids: GoNoodle: Good Energy at Home. GoNoodle Good Energy includes premium content and learning materials that are used in four out of five U.S. elementary schools – including movement and mindfulness videos as well as downloadable learning resources and ideas for off-screen activities for kids and families to do at home. There’s also a Good Energy channel on all GoNoodle home apps (Apple TV, Roku, Amazon Fire, Apple Store, and Google Play Store) where all the videos from the Good Energy page can be used by kids directly. We will add Good Energy content and send parents and teachers fresh resources, tools, and at-home good energy ideas every week. Students can use the tool independently.
