Office 365 is a completely free online version of Office (Word, Excel, Forms, Sway) with email, video conferencing, and a customized hub for class teamwork with Microsoft Teams. It requires teacher facilitation while students are using it. It can be assigned by a teacher and used independently by a student. Students can use the tool independently. Students need an email address, a mobile device, and internet access – high bandwidth (e.g. for streaming video).
