The ultimate goal of integrating technology into the classroom is to enhance student learning. This is a journey, and takes commitment from teachers, students, and administrators. Transformation doesn’t happen overnight! But even after having tablets in the classroom for just a few weeks, teachers are already starting to see small changes in their students’ learning and in their own practices. Mrs. Vonck, an English teacher at Washtenaw International Middle Academy in Ypsilanti, Mich. shares some of the transformation in learning she’s already witnessed at her school.
