“Stories, when they’re told well, have the power to change people. Stories are change agents.” – Laudan Kirk, Coach and Storyteller at West Ada School District

Introducing new technology into a school isn’t just about using apps and working with digital tools. Technology allows students to explore bigger problems, find challenges to solve, and try new things. Coaches can help teachers facilitate this in their classroom and be there for support, and storytellers are there to help capture these new learning opportunities.
“We [Digital Promise] are here to have kids create things, for kids to be collaborating on projects, for kids to being doing projects that we don’t even know exist. A kid is able to be that citizen that finds a problem in their community, brings it in, and all of a sudden this one idea has turned into this giant project.” – Laudan Kirk, Coach and Storyteller at West Ada School District
