The guide in the Reflect section helps coaches and teachers reflect on their use of the iCoachTEAM resources throughout and at the end of a coaching process, whether using the resources on their own or in combination with a subject-agnostic coaching model while focusing on math instruction. The reflection prompts encourage discussion on how the focus on conceptual understanding and formative assessment have impacted student learning.
