This session will explore how to build transparent, community-centered feedback loops that create lasting school transformation. Participants will learn how to structure student- and family-driven continuous improvement cycles using data and storytelling to ensure that those most affected by policies are shaping the solutions.

True student leadership requires authentic co-creation in school decision-making. In this hands-on design lab, participants will explore proven strategies for building student-led innovation spaces where young people play an active role in shaping school policies, programs, and solutions. Through interactive exercises, attendees will design their own Student Design Labs, Innovation Councils, or Co-Leadership Models, ensuring that student agency is built into the fabric of their schools.
