Spark AR Studio

Spark AR Studio is an app by Facebook that allows users to create, edit, and publish their effects on their individual accounts.

Features of Spark AR include:

• Video and Audio Support

The platform is free to use and publishes after verification, review, and approval by the Facebook team.

Artivive

Artivive is an AR development tool created for content creators (photographers, artists and videographers).

The platform enables an interactive layer with buttons/links that can lead to different sites. It has a creator studio and an app for both iOS and Android to interact with the embedded content.

Features of Artivive include:

• Audio-visual and photo compatibility
• Easy to use (for beginners)
• Limited Interaction (Does not offer 3D models, Interactive Direction and Gamification Elements)

The platform is free to use and offers publishing options on both iOS and Android.

BlippAR

BlippAR is a multi-platform tool to build different experiences. The content is developed using the BlippAR studio and published via their app.

The user gets to consume/interact with the created content via both iOS and Android apps.

Features of BlippAR include:

• Video and Audio Support

The platform is free to try. Users can test different creations, but will be charged upon publishing to the public. It costs $10 to publish a single project.

ROAR

ROAR gives creators access to an AR Editor for building experiences and an AR scanner to access the content.

Features of ROAR include:

• Image target tracking with video and audio Support
• Allows creators to augment the real world with videos, sound, 2d and 3d graphic models, animations, gamification etc.
• Most of its featured are in beta stage (support to ARCore and ARkit, Web AR and
  Gamification elements).

The platform is free to try. Users will pay a monthly fee of $49 for 4 AR licenses and a total of 20 views to share to others.

Zapworks Studio

Zapworks Studio is a strong platform used for building experiences for the phone via its native apps on both iOS and Android and its web version, where the user does not have to use the app.

Features of Zapworks include:

• Interactive Direction
• Gamification Elements
• Video and Audio Support

The platform is free to try for a month. Following the trial, users will pay a monthly subscription fee of $135.
