Blue Planet Writers’ Room helps students and teachers create international collaborations between kids in South Florida and their peers all over the world. Using Skype, Youtube, Dropbox, and email, our students share stories about themselves, their home, and their culture while creating a collaborative art project with their peers overseas: a digital gallery, story anthology, theatrical performance, puppet show, or piece of choreography. We’ve worked with young people in Uganda, Japan, Mexico, Scotland, Ireland, Australia, the U.K., Mali, Canada, and China.
