Digital Promise is committed to co-designing and building with workers and earners, equitable and inclusive learning and employment innovations and experiences to support multiple pathways to life sustaining careers.

We partner with workers and earners, employment and workforce organizations to co-design, build and advance inclusive learning and employment innovations for the world of work.

What is a learning and employment innovation?

We consider a learning and employment innovation as a technology, program or product that is focused on shifting the norms and conditions of how we work, earn and live across multiple career pathways. Our work draws from five key areas of innovation:

Social: Shifting power and agency from the owners and builders of the innovation to the workers and earners who use it
