Services

Our role in the learning and employment innovations ecosystem is to:

• Curate conversations with partners on equity and inclusion in the design of learning and employment technologies and programs.
• Learn and co-design with historically and systematically excluded workers, earners and innovators, to ensure they have a space at the design table.
• Create a learning community with workers, earners and the organizations who serve them.
• Elevate equity and inclusion as a technology and program design standard.

To fulfill this role we provide a number of consultancy services to support the development of equitable and inclusive learning and employment innovations.

Recent projects include:

• Regional Pathways Advisory Services for Best in Class COP, with The Commit Partnership and Educate Texas (2022-2023)
• LER Ecosystem Mapping. with MIT DCC (2022-2023)
• Digital Credential and Ecosystem Map with iDatafy Smart Resume (2023)
