Devices for all: The district is dedicated to ensuring all students have their own individual device for distance learning, as well as access to high-speed internet.

Recruiting and retaining staff members of color: The district has implemented a “Grow Your Own” program to mentor, recruit, and train staff members of color as they pursue teaching licensure.

Promoting a supportive school culture: The district has counselors and social workers on staff to ensure every student is checked on and looked after, has support so they don’t fall behind, and has someone to turn to in times of need.
