Increase student engagement and achievement: Reynoldsburg’s mission of innovation is to increase student engagement and achievement to ensure that every child graduates college, career, and life ready. We incorporate problem-based learning opportunities for our students at each level while giving them the capacity to understand their roles in improving our world.
We look to continue to innovate by improving our Academy structure at the HS level and mimicking some of those philosophies into our elementary and middle school to create seamless, college and career readiness programs for K-12.

Provide students with choice of school: Reynoldsburg provides students with schools of choice whereby they can engage in structured, articulated instruction tailored to meet their potential career interests. We support this through facilitating transportation and providing students with first choice. In K-8, this includes designated STEM schools and in 9-12, we have created smaller, interest-based academies. We also engage every student in career pathways and have given space to Columbus State Community College which provides local students and community access with walking distance of our lowest socioeconomic neighborhoods.
