CDC recommendations for in-person gatherings are constantly changing. Digital Promise is closely monitoring the situation and will continue to update our requirements and event precautions accordingly. To promote a safe convening, we have implemented the following safety precautions:
In accordance with safety recommendations, we are inviting only the district superintendent to attend the in-person component of the convening. If a superintendent is unable to attend, the district may send another representative to join us.
Other district colleagues are invited and encouraged to register and attend the League convening virtually to participate in online sessions via Swapcard, our all-in-one event platform!
Note: Following the convening, each League district is eligible for reimbursement of up to $600 for travel expenses for their in-person participant. Submission of receipts will be required for reimbursement.
There will be a 10th anniversary celebration in Washington, D.C. on the evening of Thursday, October 21 — this event will be open to friends and supporters of Digital Promise. We will share additional details in the coming weeks.
Registration for the Fall 2021 League Convening automatically provides in-person participants with entrance to the “Digital Promise 10 Year Anniversary Reception.”
