Jessica Holmes Masters is a National Board Certified librarian at Westridge Elementary School in Frankfort, Kentucky. In addition, she currently serves as the school technology coordinator and director of the student technology leadership and Girls Who Code programs. She obtained her Bachelor’s of Arts degree in elementary education from Transylvania University. She received her Master’s of Science in library science and school media librarian certification from the University of Kentucky. She is the 2014 national elementary recipient of the I Love My Librarian Award and the 2020 recipient of the Kentucky Society for Technology in Education Outstanding Teacher Award.
