Blair is a 7th grade teacher at St. Mary-St. Cecilia Catholic School in Morrisburg, Ontario.
Blair’s journey as an educator has been filled with remarkable staff and students, giving him the confidence to discover the joy of new learning and the value of failed approaches. He has continuously looked for new ways to make students shine. Using the dramatic arts, he has helped students take center stage. He has developed STEM camps that are fully facilitated by students. STEM experiences help students to discover the joy of authentic leadership. He is constantly learning new technologies to help his students discover just how smart and capable they are, no matter the social, economic, or academic barriers they face.
