Kacey comes to Digital Promise with a Master of Arts in Human Resource Management from Catholic University of America. She has held various roles in human resources, most recently as Senior Manager of Human Resources at NeighborWorks America, a community development organization where she led their race, equity, diversity, and inclusion initiative. As a leader in HR, Kacey is committed to cultivating equitable work cultures, building community, and creating space for all to thrive.
