I have gone back four generations paternally and want to reach back even further and begin uncovering more history on my mother’s side. In order to truly grow into who you are, you’ve got to know where you come from.”
Lauren Bryant is an operations professional with in-depth project and program management experience specializing in working with charter schools and charter school support organizations. Across the last several years, Lauren has worked with several charter schools in Washington, D.C., exposing her to the ins and outs of opening and operating a charter school in a highly competitive public school market. With her infectious energy and orientation towards details and processes, Lauren prides herself on building catalytic connections with people, designing detailed project plans, and facilitating impactful learning experiences.
Most recently, Lauren served as the Director of Operations and Finance at Sustainable Futures Public Charter School, a small first year competency- and project-based high school for D.C.’s at-promise youth. Prior to that, Lauren was an operations leader at Ingenuity Prep Public Charter School, where she refined day-to-day operations and lead the internal DEI work. Lauren began her career at
