Neilou Mogharabi joins Digital Promise as an Associate Director of Professional Learning for Verizon Innovative Learning Schools. Prior to Digital Promise, Neilou spent a decade in education, including as a computer science coach and curriculum developer, instructional lab coordinator, and elementary school teacher. She has provided professional development training and coaching for hundreds of teachers, administrators, and Teach for America corps members on computer science integration, instructional data use, student-centered learning and technology integration. Neilou also has experience as a learning and development manager and video production team lead, and has chaired multiple committees, including Parent and Family Involvement. She has worked with a diverse population of students within K-12 and at the community college level. Neilou is passionate about the importance of education and strives to give all students a voice. She believes that developing strong relationships is the foundation for everything, personally and professionally.
