Commitment to Continuous Improvement Certified Products

Digital Promise has verified that the following products met the certification criteria to earn the Commitment to Continuous Improvement product badge. These edtech tools underwent a rigorous assessment to certify that developers prioritized student-led iterative design. By providing direct feedback, student users play a central role in driving ongoing product enhancements.

To earn the Commitment to Continuous Improvement product badge, product teams must submit evidence to demonstrate the following:

1. The product team has consulted with research in pedagogy or learning sciences to establish design principles to support learning.
2. The product team has conducted at least two studies or research activities with a population of community college students within the past two years.
3. Findings from these studies drive at least one improvement in the product (such as in areas of product quality, accessibility, or user experience).
4. The product has easily accessible customer support to collect user feedback to drive improvements.
5. Updates to product functionality are explained to users once they are implemented in the product.
