About These Resources

The Digital Promise resource libraries are intended for educators planning for online or distance learning and can be filtered by grade and subject. Many of these resources may also be useful for families facilitating at-home learning.

All resources in this library conform to best practices in student data privacy as indicated in one of two ways:

1) The vendor has signed the student data privacy pledge, or

2) The product does not collect student personally identifiable information, meaning that students do not create individual accounts on the platform.

The resources in the Online Learning Resources library are free, have been made free for a limited time to support school closures, or have a free option or extended trial period. The Resources for Supporting Learners with Disabilities library does include some products that require purchase.

The initial entries include resources curated from several lists circulating in recent days (with special thanks to ISTE and SIIA)

We will continue to add resources through direct submission. If you wish to suggest a resource you support to the Online Learning Resources library, please submit it with the form at the top of the resources page for consideration. To submit a resource to the Resources for Supporting Learners with Disabilities library, please email COVIDresponse@digitalpromise.org.

About the Micro-credentials Library

To help educators continue their professional learning during this time of social distancing and school closures, we have curated this library of micro-credentials which can be earned outside of the classroom or do not require student work or face-to-face interaction with others. This list also includes topics educators may find helpful during the transition to remote learning. This library has been curated from our ecosystem of micro-credentials, developed by Digital Promise and its more than 50 partner organizations. Some of these micro-credentials have an assessment fee; however, the content for those micro-credentials is available at no cost.

The Digital Learning Playbook

The Digital Learning Playbook brings together expertise from across Digital Promise to provide guidance in developing and supporting powerful learning opportunities for students. It can be used to establish leadership teams, plan for technology implementation, assess needs and capacity, and identify tools and resources for school and home use. Check back often as the Playbook will be frequently updated with new tools, resources and guidance.

Please share our resources widely!
