The Third Step: Leading the TLC

After you have recruited and onboarded a TLC, it’s time to lead them to success. A dedicated TLC leader, such as the instructional technology coach, an assistant principal, or even a member of the TLC, is essential for the success of the corps. This individual is responsible for organizing meetings and activities and supporting the professional growth of the members.
