League Learning Collaboratives (LLCs) are peer-driven groups designed for League superintendents and district leaders to engage in deep, actionable learning. Over six months, participants will meet virtually to explore challenges, share best practices, and collaborate toward meaningful goals. The Educator Recruitment and Retention League Learning Collaborative will equip members with enhanced leadership capacity and strategic insights to transform their district's approach to educator talent management. Through conversations, participants will exchange successful strategies, learn from each other’s experiences, and apply new insights to refine or implement their own approaches.
