League Learning Collaboratives (LLCs) are peer-driven groups designed for League superintendents and district leaders to engage in deep, actionable learning. Over six months, participants will meet virtually to explore challenges, share best practices, and collaborate toward meaningful goals. These professional learning communities provide a supportive space for innovation and growth. We anticipate approximately six virtual meetings.
The Career Readiness and Workforce Development League Learning Collaborative will equip members with the tools, resources, and a network of support to design and implement effective career readiness programs that prepare students for workforce success and strengthen community partnerships.
Participants can expect to gain:
To maximize learning and collaboration, leaders from a wide variety of roles are invited to apply: Superintendents, Assistant Superintendents, Chief Academic Officers, Principals, etc.
Participants may join multiple collaboratives, provided they can actively engage. District teams can also divide and join different collaboratives based on their needs.
