This unique one-day event will be held concurrently with the first day of the Spring League of Innovative Schools Convening. The Summit will be open to all school-based and district educators, including principals, instructional coaches, and lead teachers seeking to foster innovation, embrace playful learning, and effectively navigate the complexities of today’s educational landscape.
Through a series of interactive workshops, engaging keynotes, and collaborative sessions, participants will explore practical strategies to integrate creative approaches into their teaching, build resilient learning environments, and lead their school communities through periods of change with confidence and agility. This convening provides a unique opportunity for school leaders to connect with peers, share best practices, and leave with actionable insights to transform their schools.
Audience: The convening is designed for school- and district-based leaders driving innovation in teaching and learning. This includes principals, assistant principals, aspiring administrators, such as lead teachers and instructional coaches, and district leaders closely connected to school-level work. We expect to have 300 attendees, including principals and district leaders from League districts, principals and other school leaders from the Seattle-Bellevue area, and the broader WA region.
Hands-on sessions designed to provide practical tools and resources aligned with summit themes.
Inspirational talks from thought leaders, practitioners, and innovators.
Opportunities for peer-to-peer learning and co-designing solutions to pressing challenges.
